When we met her we weren’t even sure what we really wanted but gave her a list of things we’d like in a home in AZ.  She came up with everything right away.  She told us the house was over priced and continued to show us other places and we still came back to one of the very first places she showed us.  She went back to the seller’s agent and the deal was done.  We wish that we would have let her handle it all the way, we paid a little more than we should have but it was our choice.

I am writing this letter on behalf of Lisa Fox, who represented me in the sale of my mother’s home In Sun Lakes, Arizona after she passed away in 2012. I live in New York City and I was emotionally and physically exhausted by the circumstances surrounding my mother’s illness and subsequent death – I needed someone I could trust to manage the selling process from 3,000 miles away.

To say I was impressed would be an understatement – not only did Ms. Fox nail the price and how to target prospective buyers in record speed, but she handled ALL aspects of the sale while I was in New York: Closing dates were negotiated and set, contracts were issued and executed, and Ms. Fox handled every and any issue or concern that I had (as well as the buyers!) with grace and ease – it was obvious that she cared and would be fully engaged until the contract was signed and the deal was done.

Ms. Fox was a pleasure to work with during a challenging time and I highly recommend her to any prospective buyer or seller. She was a delight and a true professional in every sense of the word.

This letter is voluntarily written on behalf of Lisa Fox, Realtor, who on very short notice and with a very tight timeline helped us find a condo in Phoenix, AZ between March and April, 2016.

We met Lisa in March during a brief visit to Phoenix (from Georgia) at an open house property located at or near McDowell and 11th St.  During this week-end open house visit, Lisa was very focused and detailed oriented in showing us every aspect of the property she was representing.  When my wife alerted Lisa that she very much liked the about referenced property (during the open house) except of the location, Lisa very enthusiastically offered to locate properties that met the criteria provided her by my wife and I.

Approximately 2 days after meeting with Lisa (and before we returned home to Georgia), Lisa sent us a list of potential properties that met our interest.  Shortly after screening the properties presented, were returned to Phoenix and reviewed the properties in person and ultimately had her prepare an offer for the property we selected.

As the result of living out of town, Lisa assisted us with this property purchase by handling every aspect of the purchase and working very professionally with our realtor in Florida to coordinate the purchase of the Phoenix property with our sell and closing on our property in Florida that we were selling to ensure “nothing” fell through the cracks that would have a negative impact on a targeted closing date we wanted for the Phoenix property.

The manner in which Lisa took the initiative and demonstrated effective leadership in how she managed every aspect of our Phoenix condo purchase from start to closing saved us an unnecessary travel burden from having to travel back and forth to Phoenix to purchase the property.

Finally and most impressive, is when we arrived in Phoenix for our closing date (that Lisa offered to handle by carrier to save us travel expenses).  During the closing, Lisa was able to influence the closing agent (Title Company) to register our new property and provide us with clear title to our property on the same day of closing, something we have never experienced in our history of buying properties through-out the country in over thirty plus years!

In Summary, Lisa is trustworthy, detailed oriented, follows up very well, communicates well, anticipates your needs and make valuable recommendations.  She is also assertive without being aggressive in her business dealings, etc., and we really enjoyed working with her during our entire property search and purchase in Phoenix.
